Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of rebondx.com. They do not cover RebondX contracts, which have their own terms.
Last updated:
Purpose
rebondx.com, published by ICRC (see the legal notice), presents RebondX's offer to companies and senior executives, and the rebondxp network. It publishes the Perspectives articles, and lets you subscribe to The Letter and send a request.
Using the site means accepting these terms.
Access to the site
The site is free to anyone with internet access; connection and equipment costs are their own.
ICRC strives to keep it available at all times but cannot guarantee it: it may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, an update or a failure, without notice or compensation.
Information shown
The site's content, including durations, amounts and the simulator's results, is general and indicative information. It is neither a contractual offer nor legal, financial or career advice: only signed contracts bind ICRC, on the terms they set.
Perspectives articles reflect their authors' analysis at the date of publication.
Intellectual property
The texts, the photographs, the RebondX and rebondxp names and logos, the visual identity and the layout of the site belong to ICRC or its partners, or are used with their permission. Any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited (Articles L. 122-4 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
You may link to any page of the site, provided you do not display it within another site or suggest a partnership with RebondX.
Forms and The Letter
The “Request a proposal”, “Submit my application” and “Join the network” forms let you contact RebondX; The Letter tells you about new Perspectives articles. You agree to give accurate information about yourself in them, and not to use them abusively or automatically.
To keep automated submissions out, they are protected by an anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and a limit on the number of submissions. Sending a request commits neither you nor RebondX: a RebondX expert gets back to you.
You can unsubscribe from The Letter at any time, through the link in every issue. What the site does with your data is described on the Privacy page.
Liability
ICRC takes care that the site's information is accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. Within the limits set by law, ICRC cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the site, or from being unable to access it.
The site and the Perspectives articles may link to other sites, over which ICRC has no control: ICRC is responsible neither for their content nor for their use of your data.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; failing that, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
These terms are written in French; their English, Spanish and German versions are translations. In the event of any difference, the French version prevails.
Changes
ICRC may change these terms, in particular to follow changes to the site or the law. The version that applies is the one online at the time of your visit; its date is shown at the top of this page.
